Unlike other anti-ageing treatments or cosmetic procedures there is virtually no downtime with Profhilo. You can continue your daily activities as normal; however, we do recommend you:

• Avoid makeup and touching your face
• Saunas & Steam rooms,
• Swimming
• Avoid excessive alcohol
• Avoid UV light and sun and apply a good quality spf
• Avoid any further procedures for 2 weeks
